It was just in 2019 that Paris-based watch brand Hegid appeared on the market – with a decidedly individualistic approach. The brand proposes that the watch can be “dressed” according to the owner’s wishes. In simpler terms, configured by the customer at home and without tools. The buyer purchases the capsule containing the mechanical movement that can be locked into a case of choice (which can also be changed by the wearer) and straps or bracelets as he or she likes. The EVOL dressing concept and complication is patented by Hegid.
